Pleading for Golden Hook Buff

I am begging, increase the chance of catching golden fish with the golden hook. Just make the golden hook significantly more expensive to combat the buff so it doesn't make it easy for players still in the early game.

For something that consumes four bait every single time you catch any fish, a 0.031% increased chance to catch the golden manta ray and a 0.027% increased chance for catching the golden bass compared to the sparkling lure (which only sometimes consumes two bait) is completely unreasonable.

To put things more into perspective, in my trying to catch just a single alpha golden manta ray over the past three weeks, I have made about $1 million in selling all of the other useless fish I have caught. At this rate, I will be able to buy the $10 mil rod before I complete my remaining journals.
I also have almost 100 hours in this game, still only missing the golden manta ray and golden bass.
And yes, I am calling myself out for being a lifeless loser.

Yeah I feel ya, the Golden Hook is practically useless when you factor in the bait consumption vs. a slightly lower rate for Large / Sparkling but a chance to consume double instead of guaranteed to consume 3 like it does.

And junk? Just use the Magnet lure. No idea what I would suggest to improve the hook.
