Gale is also a good option I've been told. Rod n' Mod is there too but I haven't checked on it in a while. I just use r2modman because it's lightweight compared to Thunderstore itself (I hate Overwolf e.e), and you can get it from the Thunderstore for Webfishing online.

If you already have r2modman, you can probably just search for Webfishing and make a profile, I've had issues with some versions not showing other games, may have to update in that case.
