Or do you mean your gaming laptop no longer has ANY files? Usually, even if you uninstall a game, Steam keeps a copy of your saves in local files that will only be deleted if you delete the entire folder for the game itself.
This PC > Windows (c:) > Users > [your user name] > AppData > Roaming > Godot > app_userdata > webishign 2 newver
That's where you find your save data. Can be emailed or moved with thumb drive.
Press the Windows button and search for Appdata or Godot.
Try finding some nice people to catch and mail you expensive fish so that you can quickly buy better bait and upgrade your rod power. I helped someone start over after losing save data and it really doesn't take as long if someone helps you out.
