unable to customize?

I can put on stuff that i've bought but can't change my base character's species or colour, or anything under body or face it's just all blank. Anyone else have this issue?

This has been an issue since the last update it seems, I've seen one other experiencing this, but I don't know the specs of their computer or what version they're running, if they have mods, or if they de-selected customization options.

When you select the new body option, do you de-select the previous option? Have you waited at least five minutes to ensure it's not a loading issue? No mods, correct?

The dev gave an email to report bugs to, maybe shoot them an email? [e-mail] per the last major update.
