It doesn't seem that way, I have a bunch of visual mods and stuff, and one gameplay mod that changes slightly how fishing works, and I was still able to rank up and get the rank up achievements.

Not sure for the fishing logs though, I would assume not. I mean, it's not like this game is competitive enough to warrant anti-cheating measures, and I doubt that the devs or the playerbase care considering most people just want to talk to other people playing the game.

no, infinite rain just skips literal hours of afk time. thats it. its not a skill thing. just like having a life. plus rain can be a vibe so sometimes its nice to have it for a while, especially with the day/night mod
