Is this lure even working as intended? Like I've spent hours using this lure and I haven't caught a single 'rare' fish... Yet the moment I switch to the Sparkling Lure I instantly catch a Helio.

Dunno why but the numbers just don't see to add up sometimes.

It's really not worth using because of the guaranteed 3x bait cost, whereas yes, things like the Large Hook or Sparkling Lure have a chance to consume double.

check the fish that you want to catch on wiki. it has info about best possible lure for them and their % catch chance.
