Anyone else seen 'webfishing demon?'

I joined a lobby and the host was a guy called Webfishing demon but because nothing was really going on there I left to make my own. After a while of being by myself I was surprised to see the same guy joined and because I had a strange feeling about them I tried to kick them off the lobby but when I went to do so it didn't work?

I decided to leave and go look for another place to play and chat but saw that my lobby was somehow still open, despite me just leaving as host which should've closed the entire thing - I checked the player amount and it said 1/12 which I'm assuming meant the Webfishing demon guy was still there, which shouldn't be possible considering I was the host.

I'm kind of left wondering if anyone's else has encountered this? I've heard there's an issue with bots like Grincher and Air traffic control, so I'm inclined to believe this is a similar thing.

Yeah I have. Every “Ami’s lobby” there’s currently up is only with webfishing demon in it as well. However, I’ve only encountered the spam joining bot (or that’s what I assume it is) today and in +18 servers/lobbies. I’ve also not been able to boot it and the only thing I could do was report them on steam, block and block and mute them in game as the next best thing. There is another community post asking about this a bit earlier today too. Hope this gets a resolve or something soon. And I hope the player doesn’t do anything other than the annoying spam. Changing IP addresses didn’t do much either,

And here I thought grincher would be the last of our problem this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ really ruined my night.

+1, except the constant crashes/freezes from memory leaks (still a good game though) only make everything worse

this is not first time I see that type of players. they're just sitting in lobby and dont even exists. if he annoys to you report him for cheating

just saw the dude.. and when i checked his steam profile and saw it was dedicated to this game i closed the server. I just had an odd feeling about him so i insta dipped and went on discussions just to see this lol

Just had an encounter today with them. They joined my server, was unable to boot or kick or ban or anything. And when I left the server, they are now holding it up. I have no clue what is going on.

i was on my friend's lobby (it's set to public) and that guy keeps joining and leaving repeatedly, he did nothing in the lobby other than that ig

wtf i just encountered this! Im in my own lobby and that guy joined out of nowhere, i tried to chat hello but then my game suddenly froze "not responding" then shut itself down.
I rejoined my lobby and reported that guy
