Edit: Horseshoe and leedsichthys are also rain exclusive. Thanks for correcting me. Either way, still right. No other fish in the game is affected by anything besides lure (and even that has a marginal impact on catch rates)
You forgot leedsichthys
"Location" does matter if you interpret it as saltwater vs freshwater, but yeah all ponds/rivers are exactly the same.
Sparkling lure substantially increases the odds for tier 3 fish such as Bull Sharks and Axolotls (Literally triples the chances, i.e from 1/245 to 1/87 on Bull Sharks)
