OpenGL issues?

So after a rudimentary search it seems I am not the only one with this problem, so hopefully someone else discovers a fix sooner or later and tells me.

For the past day, whenever I try and launch webfishing, I get told that my current video card (a GTX 1650 Ti) does not support the latest supported OpenGL versions. Before now, webfishing worked fine, and I can confirm that my drivers are all up-to-date and that my graphics card also works just fine. I have restarted my laptop, reinstalled webfishing, forced it to use the 1650 in the Nvidia Control Panel, verified game files, all the usual suspects - but still can't open the game.

Any ideas would be hugely welcome!
