proximity based servers should be a setting

i already miss meeting people from around my province. it's great that you can now visit people from anywhere in the world, but it'd be nice to have a filter or something to find servers hosted near your area like before

not sure if it works. setting it to "close" and refreshing shows the same servers. asking people in there which area they come from makes it clear that they don't live close to me whatsoever too

Oh okay so it's not a mod conflict. In that case yeah, doesn't work for me either :(

idk it sounds like you're using it incorrectly it took some testing but it does work. Don't sort hi-low with local enabled you have to actually sort by close for servers nearest to you. Also there is no "conflict" with calico as they reverted the lobby changes already with the most recent update. have joined and spoke with a few people to confirm it works as well. not the best solution but a solution atm.

edit: also the previous lobby system could be spoofed by changing your steam download server so feel free to test and see if this works as well
