There is bad lag. Help please!?!?

I just recently downloaded the game and the FPS is in the teens. I get small spurts of normal FPS till it craps down again. I made sure my laptop and the graphics card is all updated and no change in how it works. Any help please and thank you.

the game has a memory leak issue. there are 2 fixes, 1: hard restart the game. 2: the more permanent solution, anti lag mods. I use anti-lag and nlag personally
