What is the fake lame dev title?

i got this title from opening a chest and i don't know what's for. Can someone clarify?

lamedev is the name of the developer who made this game, I'm assuming it was a test title that got kept past testing or something

iirc it was supposed to be exclusive to the developer but people kept getting it due to bugs/hacking so they changed that one to "fake lame dev" even thought you can still easily get the old title with a mod menu lol

There's actually a few other dev titles that you can mod in too.
