is this game ever gonna get an update?

the games been boring, after about 50 hours it gets repetitive. whats going on?

it did get an update. and keep in mind the game was made for a Game Jam, so it was made ridiculously fast. bug fixes and new content that means anything normally take time for any game, especially for those with a smaller team. Just be patient, maybe try exploring or exploiting a few of the more harmless terrain glitches. Hell, talk to people and maybe see who has the bigger sword fish, if you know what I mean.
The game is basically just a social space. you get out what you put in.

its a 5 dollar indie game, and you have 50 hours in it, sounds like you ran the course, its time to move on at that point.

if we get more updates, its not gonna give you another 50, it'll be more toys to play with and thats about it.

There is a contributor in the community Discord who has said that her and lamedev are working on a new update. It's probably not going to satisfy what you're craving, but the game will get updated.
