Need a way to get Radiant Golden Manta Ray

Saw my partner struggling with catching Radiant Golden Manta, he's been grinding for days and still no result. He even used Golden lure and Nautilus bait, but still struggling. He installed mods that lets him run the game while he's working all day and still no Radiant Golden Manta and he's convinced the game hates him. Any advice?

Also yes, he's already tried Sparkling lure, but not even a speck of hope after hours of fishing

Try fishing in the rain and make sure you're fishing in the ocean, not lakewater. Also ensure you're utilizing fishing buckets! In addition to the golden lure and nautilus bait ofc, this will speed up how often you get fish so you get more fish overall and have more chances for getting the radiant golden ray
