I keep accidentally selling stuff I want to keep!!
might just be a skill issue but the page moves down slightly when i reach a certain amount of items left and if im spam clicking without paying attention, i sell stuff i want to keep. D:
Is there a way around this or a favoring option? that would b cool

I like to use the skeleton bones as a spacer. I find which fish I want to keep and avoid selling them and when they're all that's left in my inventory I'll grab one of the skeleton bones so I know where I can spam click to sell to the right of said bone. Other than that you can apparently use the mail system to mail yourself fish you want to keep and just leave them in there.

If your UI does things like moving around at a point where people may be expecting to click, and accepts clicks as being valid at the new position after less than a reasonable human reaction delay, it needs a rework. All it'd really need is a lockout from accepting clicks during any redraw that moves items around and a certain split second after.

Maybe also make it so selling needs a double click because I have twitchy fingers and an imprecise trackpad... that would also maybe insert the necessary delay, and maybe even prevent misclicks by having each half of the doubleclick being on different buttons... (going to the extent of asking "are you sure" each time would be annoying though)

a shift-click select certain amount would be dope

Yeah, good idea. And/or ctrl-click to pick individual items to sell then hitting a confirm button, vs doing it en bloc with shift.

100% agree this is a problem, especially if you are a bulk seller like myself.
hat, watch fragments etc and even the bones should be inventory items.

yea fellow bulk seller. i love fishing for like 2 hours and selling everything at once. since i made this post, ive once again sold things i didnt want to sell TWICE!! its really starting to get on my nerves so i tried what Dead Tired Poss said and mailed the keep items to myself.... however ive come across a new issue: the items i sent to myself in the mail are just completely gone!! they havent come in my inbox yet :((
Yeah lost a monocle frag that way, suffering, should just be in a *collectibles* section of inv or something.

You can rearrange fish in your inventory using the aquarium, I cycle all the fish i want to keep through there to the bottom of my inventory. then i buffer them with diamonds & its easy to sell off the excess
