names above peoples heads and speech bubbles only appear when camera is at certain angle

not sure what causes this bug, but usernames and text bubbles above players only appear when the camera is at certain weird angles, does anyone else have this bug and/or know how to fix it?

I HAVE THIS BUG TOO! i really don't know what causes it but apparently this isn't a thing everyone is dealing with. im just glad im not the only one experiencing it

it's not the HUD. everyone keeps telling me and others to press h even though i very specifically state that it's the NAMES and TITLES, not the entire HUD

if you press h and the esc or tab to undo it you lose the names and speech bubbles if you press h and h it does it how ir's supposed to, weird bug
