how can someone join in a code only game

me an a friend of mine keep getting weird out that a an account by MerciLyss (that's their steam account) keeps entering in a code only game (4 times and we've already blocked them on steam). should we be concern?

probably. until they're able to do something about the hacking, i dont think that the game is safe to play at the moment.

the codes can be brute-forced pretty easily, people will just try random strings until they get one.

PSA: Incidentally, 76561199803328299 is the decimal Steam64 ID of the account known as "MerciLyss" seen joining lobbies. In case you'd like to block them effectively. Or report them to Valve. Or whatever.
