Speaking as a furry (kind of), no, unless you specifically claim yourself to be a furry. Playing a furry game does not make you a furry, just as playing violent games does not make you a violent person.

merc I think it’s getting worse, i’m starting to make my profile pictures on discord anthro characters (that are from anime but still anthro)

It's not quite that bad yet, as they're only icons and profile things. What we really have to watch out for is saying furry related things, such as the dread "OwO" and similar. Other things such as becoming interested in fursuits, are also signs.
