[BUG] Drawings are very offset when sent over the network

When drawing on a drawing spot, duplicates of the drawings will appear very offset from the place the drawing was drawn. The drawing duplicate it seems is what other players see, rather than the place you actually draw.

In some cases you won't be able to see the duplicate due to it clipping through things.

Steps to replicate:
-obtain chalk
-go to any drawing spot
-draw anything
-get another client to observe your drawing

I was just about to make a post about this, they basically go North-East from the drawing place which usually leaves 1/4 of them seen (At best) and nobody understands or sees what you wanted to draw, so basically, only the artist itself can see what people have drawn so far, though I don't know if this happens with everyone but for me it has too.

This! I hope this gets fixed. My friends cant see my beautiful chalk drawings of fish :(
