Considering the amount of toxicity in my thread i will be saying that im not paying real close attention to words and taking everything at face value. If you're willing to have a discussion on this with me im more than willing to explain anything that i said as well as listening to what you have to say, but this back and forth on any discussion about a tag is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic on both sides, this isn't even about a title at this point, its about people trying to prove a point in the worst ways by taking not jabs, but stabs.

Friends, you're literally out here upset about a tag in a game for what reason? The context behind the price and everything is because people were making bait posts about not having a straight tag in a game that's clearly aimed towards the LGBTQ+ community. We're here to fish and have fun, but now the discussion board is filled with people actually angry over this. I get that its twice the price tag of a queer shirt and yeah i get how that can make non rage baiters angry because they feel attacked, but you weren't the target audience when that was made, you were never the target audience of that tag if you're straight and feel attacked for no reason.

As multiple people have stated its not hard to get the tag, 20-30 minutes of grinding at most, maybe less depending on your upgrades, lures, baits, RNG, etc.
(Buckets really help in this case imo. Extra fish every few minutes or so if you're not idling. Its easy to get money and sometimes friends are willing to help like in my case when i asked for a bit of help to get better upgrades. Note: If you already have a diamond ring and you open a box, you get 1K instead!)

I want to remind you if you're actually angry and dont wish to play anymore, if you've played under two hours just refund and get your $5 back. Or just...Idk, hide the game from your library? You do you, im not gonna judge either way if you leave, but stop taking it here to moan about it please. Actual bug reports, concerns, and suggestions are getting buried real quick due to this. (Mine included.)

Devs please add sub forums for these!

Or better yet, get out of the discussion board and just..idk..fish, draw, treasure hunt in this game? The only reason im in here is so i can watch and bump my bug report/suggestion post.
The whole point of this experience is to relax, all this tag is doing is weeding out the bad apples and is solving nothing. Theres so many other tags that aren't LGBTQ+ that you could be using if you wish, I personally favor the creature/freaky/cryptid tags because
funny.
Idc what tag you wear at the end of the day: Straight, Queer, Bi, etc. Im here to catch golden manta rays, not argue gender stuff.

Also for people upset about having a 18+ category now on servers (Because ive seen it.):
It literally changes nothing, its just a warning that adult topics will be talked about in that lobby and viewer discretion is advised upon joining. Thats it, i dont see the reason to be upset about this. It tells you this if you hover over the option in the server select.

Please be nice in the comments too maybe? Showing your d!ck to others isn't the way to go about genuine concerns. Remember to treat others how you want to be treated, and that aggression is a two way street, thy for coming to my ted talk.

I am german. I learned the whole WW2 history, my father (RIP) told me stories about the WW2 his Father (my gandpa) was fighting in. I know stories, saw prooven pictures, handwriten letters which told stories freaking TV shows could earn money with.

And here we are, today, not even 100 years later and begin this whole "IM *! I HAVE TO HAVE A TITLE" thing again.

I understand that this whole title thing was suppost to be a joke but it backfired because some people already go hard against actual straight people because they "say" like you that this game, in its core, is made for LGBQ people.

He starts, out of sheer spite, to behave in the most annoying and offensive way possible, all the time, making the atmosphere intolerable, and only reinforcing the initial idea that he shouldn't be accepted in the first place.

I literally do not understand what i said and/or did wrong in my initial statement of saying my observation of the game is LGBTQ+ coded considering the amount of pride stuff that was in the game from the start. I never said/and or bashed a straight person in my comment, i do not understand why you're lashing out at me acting like i did something wrong when i am literally here saying my thoughts on something pertaining to a game, and saying that i understand why people can be upset about the tag. I've not once forced my sexuality onto other people, i never even stated mine except once and i did quickly remove it because it was irreverent to the topic, and even then it was in my sign off on a completely different discussion thread about suggestions and bug fixes. I am accepting of people regardless of who they decide to have in bed, i am accepting of people because we're all human at the end of the day and we're all just trying to survive in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up world. We're all going to be buried under the same dirt.

Aggressiveness is a two way street and im not trying to be aggressive so i dont get as to why you're being so angry towards someone who's literally here just trying to give tips on how you can get the title faster if wanted (I.E placing down and upgrading buckets if you're not idling like mentioned in my initial comment.) And saying that i get why some people could genuinely be upset over this.

I got banned and had to fight it cause a bunch of bullies tried to gang up on me with the report button when I said something they didn't like so I guess I can relate at least with that.

Hope we can both just move on but god am i miffed about the entire situation...
