guitar stuttering

any time anyone plays a guitar it messes up my sound. my audio stutters, and shops also become incredibly laggy and slow. is anyone else having this issue?

i updated my drivers, which has semi-fixed this issue. upon strumming too fast, it stutters during & a little bit after playing.

after restarting pc, verifying files, and reinstalling the game, it is fixed only for other people. when other people play, they dont break my sound. playing too fast for me breaks it still.
