That probably wouldn't have done much considering 17k people were in the server and there was only like 5 staff

The most popular unofficial discord for webfishing is this one https://discord.gg/webfishers

is there a place where i can voice some suggestions i feel would be a nice addition to the game? like saving different presets on guitar so you can automatically load the 9 chords

They had a email where you were able to send them bugs/suggestions, not sure if you are able to do it anymore considering the server is no more

There is a mod that allows you to save different presets on guitar called ChordSwitcher

It's hard to reach the devs now with no official discord :C

Use the website webfishing.info

But also realize there's probably zero reason you need to contact the developer. Whatever idea or suggestion you're thinking of it is already been suggested about 17,000 times beforehand haha :(

So... why not recruit staff/moderators/volunteers?

Nuking an entire discord server about a game that encourages socializing "because it got too big" seems like a weird thing to do.
