[FIXED] Opengl obsolete version

If you get the obsolete openGL version notification this will help you out

Go to library and right click space engine then press properties then click betas and there should be an option called "version for old intel graphics card users" then click that then space engine should run

I was getting the "OpenGL obsolete" error message. I followed the suggestion and selected the option "version for old intel graphics card users". It appeared that Space Engine was going to run, it started playing the music, a dark background, then I got the following message: "The NVIDIA OpenGL driver detected a problem with the display driver and is unable to continue. The application must close". Any suggestions? I've tried updating the driver but it seems to be already updated.

I have no idea what to do at that point, it seems like you might have to get a new computer

where do I find the library? what library is that? I have error 4.1 GL obsolete
