Can't see Dust (Galaxies/Nebulas)
Hello! I got a problem seeing Nebulas and Galaxies! Everything is activated!
I can see Nebulas and Galaxies just very, very barely. I can see all the stars and Diffus but literally no Dust. Just very slightly.
Nebulas the same; Orion Nebula for example: The red nebula is there but just like 1% of the color, and I havent changed any graphic settings around that.

Try deleting SE's cache folder (/steamapps/common/SpaceEngine/cache/)

Did that. Still no Dust... or more like very very barely.

You actually can see Orion's belt in the bottom right. No nebula at all. When I am approaching it, I can see barely red.

But look, now I found another issue with the lighting there. Galaxy dust now ist fixed.
I turned the nebula setting up too that Orion looked like we know it. But when I did this look what happend:

Andromeda is selected in the top left and the nebulas of Andromeda are suuuper bright aswell, which does not look "balanced". Orion is now visible as it should be but Andromeda Nebulas are super bright which makes no sense.

I could turn deep-space object even higher so the nebulas would get outshone by the dust. But everything then would be unrealisticly bright, overall

Turn nebula mag limit down, you have it way too high.

Yes, I know, I turned it up that I can actually see it. This way is how Orion Nebula looked like in the free versions of Space Engine. If I turn in down to dafault it is just not visible :(

Find that topic from Google and while topic starter found solution, it didn't worked for me, as long as I opened "Settings - Filter Objects" and noticed that I'm actually turned off Galaxies :)
