i have the setting for them enabled but they don't seem to have them how do i make Accretion Disks show up?

Pretty much all supermassive black holes have one, the one around Sagittarius A is just very dim compared to others. Just move all the way out of the Milky Way, then pick a random galaxy and press Ctrl+G to zip to the galaxy's center. If it has a black hole at the center, it is very likely youll find one with an accretion disk.

Not all black holes have accretion disks. Are you sure you visited one that's supposed to have one?
