Planet/Moon textures wont load they are blurry,
How do i fix this the planet surface is blurry and doesnt load at all any fix please?

This is a known issue affecting some users, we're still trying to figure it out.

Also if you're in the solar system the textures only have a certain level of detail so if you get close enough to the surface they appear blurry, not really anything one can do about that. There's higher res textures but you still won't be able to fully land without them appearing blurry too

That's not a bug, that's due to the limited level of detail of the maps used for solar system planets. In most cases, higher resolution data does not exist. Only procedural planets can have surfaces with arbitrarily high levels of detail, due to not being limited to data from real maps.

So, that is why in the "mountains" (like in the moon) gets really blurry or without even textures?

Maybe? I can't really answer your question without seeing a screenshot of the issue you're talking about.
