SpaceEngine

Is Space Engine planned to be "real time simulator" in the future?
To elaborate my question, is Space Engine going to have all the features in the future like what's really happening in the universe right now?

What I mean by this is, real time universe birth, galaxy collisions, supernovas, birth of stars and black holes, real weather, much detailed terrain like trees and live organisms on it, etc... in the end, death of universe?

I believe some of these are already planned, but will this software eventually contain all the features that I listed, and those that I didn't?

If you're asking if it's going to contain all of everything that has ever existed and will ever exist in the entire universe, in extreme detail, then no, of course not, that's impossible.

Things like supernovas and more detailed planetary environments are certainly planned, and perhaps some form of weather, but things like galaxy collision simulation, cosmic evolution, etc. are way beyond the scope of this program.

you see imagine trying to count every star in the milky way and try to find exoplanets around them after your done with that you will have to name every galaxy in the universe then you have to count every star in one galaxy and find exoplanets and do it another time so it is physically impossible to make it a real time simulator.

You got me completely wrong. That wasn't exactly my question.

sorry i just dont understand

but there is a restart time button where it will turn into the real time of where you live and the orbits will be the same as in real life for discovered planets

one thing is for certain that my computer cant handle 20k objects all gravitationally attracting eachother
