Planet Texture Glitch

This is a problem that i have encountered for months now, where any planet that is not in the default solar system, will just be black, besides gas giants. Except for solar systems and planets we have discovered, will just be ocean, no land, just ocean, even when its not supposed to have water. I have zero mods installed currently.
