Sound Issue

I hear both music and sound FX when playing with my speakers (Cyber Acoustics 2.1 stereo setup). But when I plug in my headphones (Logitech G430 7.1 wired) all I hear is music, no sound FX. It doesn't matter if I have my headphone's surround sound enabled or disabled. This is the only game I've had this issue with.
