Minor fix for the desktop flash issue

Hey all,
It really bugged me that the game would show the desktop briefly so I created an autohotkey script and compiled it for your convenience. It hides the taskbar and mouse and creates a black screen behind the game so you don't see your desktop. All you need to do is add the compiled script to steam as a non-steam game and launch it. Feel free to store it anywhere, I keep it alongside the game.
