Yeah they should use VAC! Although I can tell you getting those unlocks isn't particularly hard in game. After an hour you'll be surprised just how much you've accrued.

Most pc gamers know of cheat engine it has been out for years,and very simple to use.I guess it all comes down to the individual on how they want to play a game,tbh it makes any game that it is used on very boring very quickly as there is nothing to work for.But thats gaming these days you will always have people that will use this sort of thing..

lazy people stay lazy. 'cheating' yourself in singleplayer? those ppl always exist.

and you have no benefit if you unlock everything at once. after a few challenges and events you have the hooks, lures and lines to catch more or less everything.

Ok, we need to speak a little over here. Cheat engine is known, that's why most of competitive games today synchronize everything on the server and not on local.

1. The guy is not using the official version of the game on steam (an illegal one where he can only play solo).

2. Regarding the guy's name on the top right, his voice and the movie background on desktop, he is using dad's money for a big computer and make troll's movie on youtube.

3. It is so much easy to detect this hack by adding some simple code's lines to prevent so much money. Maximum money you can make in game right now is 2 carp per minute (around 1200-1500 tp) or 1 catfish boss (around 1500-2000 tp). When a player got money, a simple code line verifying the amount earn by the player and if the amount goes to high, ban him.

This verification work if money is save on local or cloud. If money is save on a server and synchronise, the guy is just dumb and it will never work on the game :)

4. Damn... he maybe have all the stuff but he have no idea how to fish... poor humanity

So please calm down with this "video", it is really easy to detect.

but regardless of the gear you have bought you can't catch more or bigger fish. if you don't know to handle your gear you won't have any success.

so the only benefit you'll have is less time to get your gear togehter, but this never results in an unfair advantage to the other users.

it's just 'unfair' to yourself if you do something like this. like you'll cheat money at prison architect or something.

but on the other side, imagine if you want to change your player-model or want another nickname. then you have to start from scratch. but with this method you can 'restore' your TP/gear at least.

btw aruvyel, to 1. why should this be a cracked game? he has it on library and shown as owned in steam itself. and as far i know there isn't any pirated version for this game (atm).

to 3. as i said he has just a time benefit and no real unfair advantage to other players

so, like you said, everyone just calm down. this isn't the end of the world and in my opinion no reason to ban someone.

True, but remember that it is pretty easy to learn how to fish on the game. There is not a lot of gear and most of them can be use on some species. It is a disadvantage.

You can add any games you want on Steam. Click on "add games" and select a game that is not from Steam game's list.

You guys need to go play Fishing Planet. More fish, rods, tackle,... everything than this game. Oh, it's completely free. You don't have buy anything that you can't already earn yourself. Lastly, it can't be cheated. If you can get a refund, do it. I regret paying for this game months ago before learning about fishing planet.
