The Problems. Zerging is intended! Ganking, P2W, TTK, Travel Time
They dont see a problem with uneven numbers in actual engagements. No control whatsoever of e-sports equal numbers of players. Its all open world, they have just some map alerts, some buff/debuff mechanic, some 50% vs 50% max cap for maps during war time and thats it. They think they have enough.
Most of the time the maps dont even get max players, so just one side may get to their max capacity and the other still have stragglers being rofl stomped.
They just want a lot of people fighting, always fighting, regardless of continual one sidedness. In their mind it works. In their mind it will be amazing. They didnt thought this through, they didnt envisioned how it will actually work when smart real players actually play.
They havent thought throughly the psychological aspects/reactions. They havent thought throughly the patterns, the strategies, how the meta socialization is going to cause one blob with outside of the game coordination/voice chat and boring/rough army discipline is going to bring everyone entertainment to the gutter, both the winners and losers.
How the game will bleed out players. Nothing was thought out.
They are not sensitive to this wickedness.
They are not aware of meta socialization ruining their game for the majority of
non insect minded
drone minded
collective minded
soldier minded players.

Who wants to be brought low to the level of an insect in a big machination? So they thought this design and thought this was cool. They thought humans would like, accept, endure this.

And then there is travel time which is garbage, bringing the entertainment per time volume to nothing unless you are on the rofl stomp winning blob. This is not a game where you fight from your fast vehicle and there are things to shoot while moving around. There are like too many maps, too big, too far, too much moving around.

Then there is no button to instantly get into a fair fight problem. You have to use their slow logistics system that takes minutes to bring you to the place where the fight is happening, most of the time arriving too late, and everything is no longer there.

PVE progression vs PVP progression is an after thought. You progress 10-15 times faster by just PVPing. Its a meat grinder.

The time to kill is instantaneous, you can have 14k life, heal and shield skills and life leeching skills on character/equipment and you still get rofl stomped by 3 slackers.

Progression is disappointing, they want everyone to get quick into the meat grinder, so there is no point in playing longer to get advantage, because the advantage is not worth it. All the victory/win/success is solely based on having more numbers of active players following the insectlike mentality.

The price of win and the reward is being a kid soldier on someone's imature discord channel that just happened to have rolled more members in his guild in the first few hours of the server.

The game doesnt bridge solo's into groups, no matchmaking, no e-sports potential, no randomizing/scrambling to nulify the meta socialization advantage.
One thing is to allow the entire meta socialization of people in a guild using a discord to coordinate and win, for the sake of "allowing friends to play together". Another thing completelly extreme is to allow over a hundred people in a guild/discord and multi guilds in a faction all easily coordinating using meta socialization to MONOPOLIZE the victory AT THE PRICE OF RENDERING EVERYONE An insect, a soldier, a drone, part of the collective. There wont be friends making, no trust, no bonds, not friendship, etc, no actual social club in the game, but a divide of who is in the big guilds and who is prey/food and will be feeding/dieing over and over, missing all the fun, or being in the illusion that they are having fun, having a chance or actually are not good at it, because ITS ALL ABOUT NUMBERS AND ARMY LIKE MENTALITY.

Give us Nukes to destroy gatherings of soldiers. Give us reincarnation/respawns without past life memories. To deal with meta socialization. But apparently they think its fun. Its intended mindless meatgrinder. They think balance is going to occur sometimes, THEY DONT SEE THAT THE IMBALANCE WILL ONLY GET WORSE.

I attribute this to a mentality that comes from a society where they think numbers of units have to be thought as a factor that matters. Where actually what has to be thought is that 1 hero is worth thousands/millions/billions of other people's lifes...

And then there is P2W, lots of power to be bought, those war scars, bonuses for weapons, and characters, multiple purchases each, accumulating bonuses, you can buy xp to max characters, etc. They show they have no idea that the entire point of live service long term social club mmorpg gaming is the fairness and love each player has for the game manifested into the time invested in it and reaping the rewards/bonuses/advantage.

If you want no grind, no progression, then make a matchmaking deathmatch with fast respawn game. Dont try to lie to people that this has some sort of staying longevity potential to satisfy the needs of players for progression and long term meaningful socialization.

They dont know what is fun and important to have in the game. The entire production and marketing also will be slacker, so the game wont be popular and become a plataform for content creation, for streaming, for the players to earn revenue/money by playing/talking/showing the game. Its a fad, a temporary thing until new games come along to distract again.

Why noone is making something that lasts for many years?!

And then there is some pseudo not thought through season wipe, showing they have no idea of what is good and right and acceptable. Its going to frustrate everyone, except a few big spenders and a few big streamers.

So much cluelessness in game design, so much investment/programmer/developer men hours into making a game, only to miss the mark.

Here is how to fix your ♥♥♥♥.
Design it like this:
Press 1 button to queue into any map that a fight will start in 1 minute, once the numbers of players are minimally even, teleport everyone in. Then who wins get the map/territory until the next match is triggered there. Have multiple maps/skirmishes/matchmaking happening at the same time with different numbers of players: 5 x 5, 10x10, 20x20, 50x50, 100x100, 200x200, etc, then make them happen at schedule time intervals so people can get their participation into the bigger cooler fights a few times every day.

Make PVE and PVP rewards even. Keep the open world for PVE. Remove ganking from open world, except at specific times and areas, around certain objectives. Its a game, noone should be attacked unless they know they will be subject specifically to be attacked in a certain area/ for the duration of the event/objective.

Design progression to be meaningfull, requiring 10 thousand hours to reach max power/level/skills/maximize a character.

Make fighting from mounts, skill casting while moving, dismounting only when dieing. Double that mount speed.
Remove 2/3 of the maps, keep things simple/closer/smaller, 2-3 portals/jumps from the tier 6 areas at most.

Make a server for those who want P2W and
a server where no P2W takes place, APARTHEID THE RICH
everything on auction is for game money. Those who dont have time to play, and want to spend money can play there, be excluded and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for being players who dont understand fair gaming, but appreciating for paying the game for us.

Ganking in game design is criminal, demonic, inferior minded.
And zerging in game design is insect like, even lower than animals. Even wolves and hienas grouping vs solos dont offer such a bad experience as the insect like experience this game provides.

If you dont make sure to pay the streamers on twitch (plus other social networks) to stream your game every day for one month, keeping some 100k+ viewers atleast for the 12 peak hours of the day on West, dont bother. Create popularity gravity, control the popularity, popularity is victory, assure the success/victory/life of your game by making sure or dont bother. If you dont start paying people to make clips, highlights, post videos, write stuff on reddit, paying the game magazines for reviews/exclusives interviews and stuff. DONT BOTHER. No design matters in 2025 for a multiplayer massive live service game if you dont pay for the numbers.

Remove this ♥♥♥♥ game designs you currently have and I will remove the curse from your game and your lives of the developers and those who play this.

they just hope to milk some whale after the release, than shutdown it when whales stop buying stuff because all quit the game due to fact that no one wants to chain-die vs whales.

Basically this game is not even bad, but balance and p2w...omg.
