Faction Full

I cant create Character because it says the only 2 choosable factions are full??
How do I continue?

For the rest of you, just stay on the screen on keep trying now and then, took me about 25 mins of occasional clicking to get on - this is an early play test and this is the last day so most likely everyone who's already in a warband in getting ready for the final battle.
