I don't know much about sticks, but be sure to get one that is compatible with xbox360.
Both of these qanba sticks at arcadeshock are in stock and have the ls-58

This one uses seimitsu parts but doesn't mention which ones

These two at the official qanba shop are similair to the one you mentioned, the black one uses the ls-32 so I'm assuming the other does too.

I'm not sure if there are any good stick shops in italy, I'm in the UK and have to import, you might have to do the same.
Download joytokey as well - http://joytokey.net/en/download
very handy for mapping buttons to the keyboard when a game doesn't support the pov hat or buttons.
Rather than tell you what I prefer, let me give you this bit of advice; if your new to arcade sticks:
WAIT!
Thats right, wait and research, learn and if at all posible get a hands-on test with as many as possible.
Make sure the stick is easily moddable, in case you dont like the buttons, stick etc. and want to change them out.
What is the top-panel made from? How is the stick connected to the top panel? These things determine the sticks haptic feedback.
The following site, although more of a arcade stick builder site, is one of the best for info - http://slagcoin.com/joystick/introduction.html
Good luck.
Really anything with authentic Sanwa or Seimitsu parts is going to probably be good, but you should also check the input latency of whatever you're thinking of buying too. Here's a handy chart for that where someone tested a bunch of sticks:

Really though, if you need to know more, I would check around fighting game forums. There are a lot of people who are very picky and thorough about arcade sticks there.
Sanwa sticks are looser and their buttons more sensitive.
A tighter stick is much better for micro-tapping, you won't move anywhere you didn't intend to move and you won't push a button by accident just because your finger was resting on it.
I'm currently considering this:

Looks pretty minimalistic and solid, and the artwork can be easily changed. But the button color scheme is not very good. They should have used black buttons, grey is difficult to match with artwork.
... some more arcade feeling ...but be carefull the tankstick is about 9kg and a small furniture_item ;) and they have even bigger items in stock.
Not anything, check which parts they use as this is very important. I wouldn't bother with madcatz unless you're prepared to mod.
The most popular joystick you will find in arcades in Japan is the seimitsu ls-32, the stick you mentioned uses hori's own hayabusa buttons and stick.
