Not seeing any unintended frame drops myself, but I will note that the "arcade" versions of deathsmiles are HORRIBLY pixelated. I've played the mame version and it didn't look nearly that bad, though this is after stretching the window to fit my screen, so that may be the reason.
Dualshock 4 kinda works (Start button is on R2, the "ok" button is square, they can't be configured, and you'll have to deal with the Xbox prompts)
Arcade sticks : the RAP4 (Hori) doesn't work at all.
Use InputMapper and make the DS4 emulate an X360 controller.
The arcade version that you see here is exactly how it looks like in the arcade PCB version.
That's how it's supposed to look. That is literally how many pixels it has. I don't understand why this is ever a criticism. MAME looks the same way, you can just apply a light filter to it. The port has this filter too.
MadCats TE2 works out of the box for me, that said still using x360ce because you can't remap some keys like pause or restart who's mapped to pretty bad keys.
Damn, you're right.
Corrected.
