Netplay - change keybindings?

So I'm a keyboard player, it works just fine with GG, im a wizard and stuff. However I spent ages on a custom setup and now, going online I have found myself facing the problem of being unable to change it at all! Maybe I'm just blind, so I decided to ask: Is there a known way to rebind the controls used in netplay?

The controls for Netplay are the same controls used by the encrypted setting.cfg file in the installation folder. Can you rebind the controls for normal play?

Yes. I play vs AI with my own settings, but once I start a netplay game the controlls are back to the default setting.

How are you binding the controls?

I enter the game options, move with arrowkeys and rebind my P K S HS D to 4 5 6 1 7 and the IK mode to 9. Then I go back, I use save (even thought I have autosave on) and it works well.
However if I open netplay it works as default. Going back to single player restores my user config.

You should bind your controls from Config.exe in the installation folder, or by selecting "Configure Settings" on startup through Steam.
Select the "Gamepad Settings" tab and fill in the button bindings, then select "OK".
You should select "Default" in the in-game "Key Config" menu before you do this.
