Humor Wheel is Confusing

Having the same numbers on both sides means I get two wildly different answers, one of which usually results in the patient keeling over on the spot.

you should be able to guess between the wildly two options through the process of elimination. You should know which one is supposed to be correct through hints given by the person (ie. symptoms told or seen) or through vital vs digestive test done by alternative medicine.
