Can someone explain Sheamus please?
Day 6

Sheamus comes in and talks about seeing fish with feet waltzing on the beach.
Nothing else wrong with him.
No allergies.
He's almost healed so only a small dose is needed.

You only get one chance to cure him though.

Whether he is hallucinating or not, the logical step (according to the medical tome) is to administer red medicine.

Apparently, this is completely wrong.

Spoiler below with the correct medicine per the game:
The correct medicine is a low dose of blue.
Blue is for sneezing, coughing, sore throat, difficulty breathing and chest pain though.

Can someone please explain why this is the answer when the symptoms are not even remotely close to what that color treats? Because it otherwise seems like a scripted fail or a huge oversight by the devs on this.

I feel like this is intentional, to show that he is not hallucinating; he just caught a small cold wandering the cold beach that he is not even aware of himself.

The thing is: he will be fully cured with alternative medicine of the vital variety. Scripted events like that usually seem to check for whether you actually used an injection, and will consider a patient "not cured for the purpose of establishing a storyline" if healed without an injection. This can even lead to a softlock with another patient, the conjoined twins, on the day where one of them is asleep when they enter, and he wakes up only if injected - yet you can fully cure them with alternative medicine thereby breaking the script.
