Cool atmosphere, i like the bits of dialogue with unique characters in the town. Pacing felt a bit slow when i had to wait for new dialogue to appear after finishing reading, I think a skip button should be included, to click through to the next dialogue bubble.
Nigel the grave digger is an interesting character, I wish there were some more incentive to be greedy when we meet him. There's not much to buy in the shop at that point, although to be fair I didn't play past the day with the magnifying glass because I encountered a progression blocking bug.

I liked the humors circle, figuring out the exact dose feels more interesting than incrementally adding small doses of the same thing which was what I was doing at the beginning. The challenge of needing to fix a patient within only a few doses, or if the patient is so sick you need more perfect doses is cool.
IMO the book should have tabs, flipping pages gets tedious when i need to get from beginning to end.

Refilling the medicine is a bit weird, since its the same cost to refill a 0% jar or a 90% jar. Should be either proportional, or made clearer that refills all cost the same? I wasted a lot of money before i realized.

Not a huge fan of the allergies, most of them are irrelevant, and the instruction the page was a bit unclear when i first looked at it. If allergic -> dont give black bile to women, but at first i thought it was a general ruleset.

Bug: at a certain point i couldn't drink laudanum, not sure if this was intended since it started happening for me after reaching maximum insanity. I got this bug a bit before the day i unlocked the magnifying glass.

Not a "bug" but i thought the invisible customer was a bug, didnt drink the laudenum, and got scolded by the statue lol. Maybe he should be transparent like a ghost instead?

Nigel is also a liar.
I'm only on day 12, and he visited me for the first time and dropped me his list, "lonely people, that won't be missed" he says to alleviate my conscience.

Yet on this list is a certain "Balthazar Whifflepuff", of the family of 'Gertrude Whifflepuff", and Gertrude is still very much live and kicking because I made sure of that.

So I don't think the other people on the list are as "lonely and won't be missed" as he says, in fact I think he cares only about his coins and whatever belongings his "clients" have when entering their last beds.
