stuck on 2nd patient 1st day -- women cant have black bile?

I'm so confused, the first woman that comes in during the first day (i think it's the second patient) complains of hunger... but the restrictions in the book say women cant have the black bile dose? what am i supposed to do for these? just ALL women are going to be incorrect if they need that?

I don't think its can't have it. I think its just low dosage only

It's only women that have the allergies listed on the left that can't have it.

Yeah, this game makes no sense. Do not give women the back bile if she has one of the allergies on the left but the women do and I give it to them anyway and apparently that is correct.

I gave them it in small dosages and it worked I would like to see it made more clear as well.

i got this wrong too, the restriction only applies if they're allergic to the things in the list. Sent her away with no treatment because i was afraid of killing her lol.

I actually couldn't cure the 1st lady on Day 2 -- despite her having the same physical symptom as the lady who provided the new tools, when I repeated the same treatment (Blood - dose 2), she complained that it didn't do anything for her.

allergies page could definitely do with an "If *allergy* and *rule* then don't administer" to make it clearer
