Last i read that is very very old news from years ago and since then abandoned.

That too is old news the producer get the rights of a vampire story back and is already working in the sequel...

Yes, he got the rights back in 2019, that'a almost 3 years ago by now. After that its just sad retweets of nostalgic vampire-nerd contests. I don't dare to hope that even the sequel will be re-released. Pretty sure I played it back in the days, "A Vampire Story 2: A bat's tale".

I don't know if you've heard, but Bill Tiller is still networking to give us a sequel. I heard he found a publisher now. Maybe we'll hear some news in 2024. For that to happen though, more people would have to be interested in the first part here on Steam, I think.

Hi! Dev of A Vampyre Story: A Bat's Tale here :) We're trying to get as many original actors as possible. Some will have to be recast, but we're doing our best. Eg. Mona is voiced by the same actress!

Great stuff! Please advertise the Steam page more, seeing clearly new content for this game after all this time was so refreshing. The graphics are much better than in the prototype footage from long ago too!
