Sadly you cannot get the achievement it is bugged, along side any achievement relating to completing level 3 & level 3+ completion or collection of blueprints.

But you would need to use your voice to blow all of the leafs off of the levels throughout chapter 2, but not all puzzles require them to be blown off.

I can confirm that Raking Leaves is not impossible to get. After many times replaying normal and plus chapters, it finally registered for me (after i completed a normal chapter). You definetily don't need to blow off all leaves on Level 11 (although i'm not sure if you actually have to blow off some of them or not), and, i think, you don't need to blow off 1-2 leaves on the unreachable side of the Level 6 (where an old man is standing). One noteworthy case of leaves hidden behind objects is Level 9 - there are few leaves on a ground where old man is standing, it would take a few screams to blow off all of them.
