EDIT : doesn't work either.
Tried with "-refresh 60", then "-refresh 50" even combining "-refresh 60 -w 720" do not help.
So, I changed the settings directly in the user game settings ini file and it didn't fix the problem.
When I used the "-windowed" launch setting, it only put the game 'sponsors' moment on windowed display then switched back to full screen for the menu, which of course caused the out of range issue.
EDIT² : HOW TO FIX OUT OF RANGE ISSUE WITH THIS GAME :
the launching options only work for the 'sponsors' for some reason, they do not apply for the rest of the game. Just do ALT+ENTER when the "out of range" thing happens, and if you did everything right to this point IT SHOULD display the game screen, the game lighting setting first, then the menu where you can select options and now choose the propper game resolution.
I have the same problem on hot pursuit except "alt enter" doesn't work there.....
