What specifically does the restoration patch include?

I know what it includes in general, but I heard that if you start a vanilla campaign, then patch the game, the vanilla save won't get patched, and I'm not sure whether or not I started the game with or without the patch. I saw Asaga's shower scene, but that was top-only, so I'm not sure if that's something that would need to be removed for the Steam version. Is that scene patch-exclusive? Because if it is, then I can breathe a sigh of relief.

The patch only affects a single scene during a flashback near the end of the Mask of Arcadius portion of the game. It actually shows a bit less than the shower scene (which is included in the unpatched version of the Steam release and prompted me to make a mod to censor it) and is considerably more tasteful and less explicit than the "patch only" content of later games in the series.
