Price?

I saw a number of new reviews that say the game was free to play now. Was that really a thing? It seems to cost money now.

This is an awesome game and I always wished it got more love, so I hope it can get some exposure. :) I dunno if being free would be good or bad for that.

It's a possibility they recieved it through some other promotion through Steam but no, it's never been free. I do see the reviews you speak of but I'm not really sure what they're speaking of or how they received it for"free" if they actually did..

actually many of those are fake reviews containing racist remarks etc.... not sure what's up with that but I'd ignore those.. they're not legit

Oh, ok. Well anyway its pretty cheap and a great game :)

Nah it's fine. That one review where the guy claims it was free has the message "received game free" that usually means it was obtained through a gifted code. So they most likely got it from one of the giveaways we gave away long ago or the codes the marketing team sent out for promotion... that second review I came across with the nonsense though just try to ignore... Steam should've flagged that long ago.
