how to load mods for steam blitzkrieg 2
Simply create a folder called Mods in the game's folder. you will have to do this for each specific game folder i.e create a mod's folder in blitzkrieg2/fall of the reich and then extract your mods into that folder. You should be able to load them in game.

Is there a way to upload BK2 mods as a workshop item and everybody gets the same last version?

That would be an very interesting information for our mod project too, because steam supresses the publication of download links in public texts.

It doesn't work for me, could you give me a step by step guide to make sure I did it right?

The described option does not work for me, the mod I was trying to load in the game did not show up in the menu.

There is another way to mod the game. By directly adding the mod files to the game's directories, making it think, its another one of its files.
For e.g.
The reinforcement mod on moddb has patch7_mod_1000_reinforcements.pak mod file
patch1-6_data.pak are located in D:\Games\Blitzkrieg 2\Data game folder
What worked for me, was to rename patch7_mod_1000_reinforcements.pak to patch7_data.pak and just launch the game.
Game loaded the mod, despite the mod not showing up.
