The graphics card or its drivers are outdated.
Some graphics cards or drivers are unable to process 3D models properly because of how old it or they may be, and I believe Blitzkrieg 2 loads them when you boot up the game and play all the cutscenes and logos.
So this potentially could be what the problem is with the game when it ends up minimizing the application upon startup. I would suggest updating your drivers for your graphics card, then install or replace the current graphics card from your computer if its not the drivers causing the problem.
This is what I believe may be the problem. You could try that, but remember that my answer may be incorrect.
Also you need to find game exe file in steam directory on HDD, click properties/compatibility TAB, set to run the game in Windows 7 or XP mode, tick "run program as administrator" and "turn off full screen optimalisation" then confirm changes.
Do the same thing with exe files of "Fall The Reich" and "Liberation" Add-Ons.
Game should run without any problems then if only Graphic Card drivers are updated to newest version.
I hope it will help to run this game as is work on my Laptop with Win 10 Pro x64.
Regards
Mundospl, Great thank you, it helped!!!! System Windows 10 X64.
