Well at first i need to know what i have to install... On moddb.com i saw a lot of paches, i have tried to create a folder in programms(86)/STEAM/steamapps/common and put the latest pach but it didn't work...

Hello, could you please help me with installation.
The full package had an error when I downloaded it from mod DB and that unknown file was created in bin directory "!" is the name an 0 kb in size

When I open TC launcher all is fine, but after Run, game crashes
