Report a translation problem
The Steam version, it appears, isn't very good. I found I had endless crashes on Windows 10 with it (Windows 7, it worked fine)
However I read on another thread here that the GoG version works much better. The two Exes are compatible (i.e the folder layout is the same, lacking the "Run" folder from the Disc version) and I compared them with a comparison program, and they are indeed different.
I can say I've had no crashes since I switched to using the GoG exe. Also, if you get any slowdowns setting the affinity (task manager, details tab, right click the game.exe in the list then set affinity) to a single CPU (CPU 0) tends to help, paradoxically, but doesn't solve ALL slow downs. I am still testing but, some slow downs seem to be script related. I am unsure why.
