Sorry, but XNA strictly requries a graphics card supporting Shader Model 2.0. If you don't have a graphics card you will be unable to run this game.
if correct shader model 2.0 began around vista os i think, i say this as my XP doesnt have shader 2.0.
could it also be that a specific Xna framework installation isnt installed?
since base components like those are required for a game to run.
checkout the microsoft website for the XNA framework installs.
hopefully this info helps some.
also unsure if i mentioned this before, direct x relist holds 9.0 and below updates, which are sometimes required, there is also the newer updates they all compile together when installed.
drivebooster -iobit.com , can make sure your drivers are updated
make sure all windows updates are finished.
as this could be various reasons why wont run, usually an program requirement.
